Respectful Communications

At CPABC, we are dedicated to our mission under the Chartered Professional Accountants Act, which mandates us to regulate all aspects of the accounting profession. This includes ensuring competency, fitness, and professional conduct for our members, students, professional accounting corporations, and registered firms.

We believe in providing opportunities for respectful and accessible communication about the profession and our regulatory processes, and this two-way communication is directly linked to our mandate of protecting the public and serving our members. We will seek to listen, understand, and respect anyone who contacts us. Similarly, our team members have the right to engage in respectful interactions and a safe work environment. Any communication that is disrespectful, harassing, or abusive will not be tolerated and will be promptly discontinued.
