Act, Bylaws and Code of Professional Conduct

Under the CPA Act, only members of CPABC are recognized as having the requisite level of training, education, and proficiency to qualify them to practise as professional accountants in BC. CPABC’s regulatory processes are governed by the Chartered Professional Accountants Act (“CPA Act”), Bylaws, and Bylaw Regulations.
